A plain-English account of what this website collects and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call or email us and we will explain it.
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking. The only information you can give us is what you type into the estimate request form, which is run by Google. It arrives in our inbox and we use it to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it.

1. What we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the estimate request form, you provide your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your project. Submitting the form is voluntary. You are welcome to call or email us instead.
Technical information. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard connection data such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect the site. We do not receive or store that data ourselves.
What we do not do. This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no social media pixel, and no visitor tracking of any kind.
2. How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, discuss your project, prepare an estimate, and carry out the work if you decide to hire us. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
3. The estimate form is run by Google
Our estimate request form is a Google Form. When you submit it, your answers are processed by Google LLC under Google's own privacy terms, which you can read at policies.google.com. The responses are delivered to our email inbox. This website itself stores nothing.
4. Other services this site loads
Two things are loaded from outside our host: typefaces from Google Fonts, and a stylesheet from the Tailwind CSS content delivery network. As with any external file your browser requests, your IP address is visible to those providers as part of delivering it. Neither is used to identify or track you, and we receive nothing back from them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as tax, contract, and contractor licensing rules in Maryland and the District of Columbia require.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. This website is static, meaning it has no database and no login, and it stores nothing about you. Our internal project management system is not connected to this website and is not publicly reachable.
7. Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (301) 343-1365 and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under District of Columbia or Maryland consumer protection and personal information laws.
8. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
